We employ experienced cleaners not casual staff so our employees remain with us for the long haul. New items are supplied such as mops, brooms, dust cloths, germicidal cleansers, soaps etc, on commencing a new contract. Monthly inspections are undertaken by the operations manager and supervisors to ensure high standards are maintained AND client satisfaction is reached. All our employees can be identified by distinctive grey polo shirts with the Full Field Cleaning logo on the left breast. Workers Compensation is held with GIO and Public Liability cover of $20 million is held with AMP General Insurance Limited, and can be increased upon demand. 
 Rise and fall is subject to the industry CPI. High quality materials are used which results in a superior outcome the first time round. Full Field Cleaning staff access the premises under contract and secure the premises while they carry out their duties. When finished they secure the premises again and return all keys to a predetermined area. 
 All staff are required to communicate with clients and adopt a participatory approach. Staff are encouraged to discuss ideas and problems with management ensuring an efficient service.
